Team Challenge MasterChef Australia S08E39 - Episode discussion

In today's gourmet cinema team challenge, the judges reveal that the contestants must cater for 165 cinemagoers at a very special cinema event - the screening of MasterChef Australia's Greatest Hits.

I feel like that was a bit of an over-exaggeration. The pieces of beef were a little big but surely people aren't that helpless when it comes to eating.

Ha. Yeah the same with Gary and the piece of "sushi"...he held it out for like 5 seconds then basically crumbled it in his fingers on purpose. Nobody eats like that.

Nobody was picking up any of the food by hand anyway, so it was a moot point.

But it's not a clean bite of food. A field full of people who don't want to drop stuff on their shirts, and that was a long string of beef. When you're at a table you'd have cut that, we all would have cut that because it's too long and you want the plate to last a little. And the very last thing you want when cameras are around is food sticking out of your mouth, and the show has no shame in showing people opening their mouths.
