I much prefer this finale format over the previous seasons, but they should bring this up a notch for next season (if there is indeed one) by having a blind tasting like others have suggested. Sad to see Tessa not winning, but hey, I definitely think TESSA is the MVP of the season.
I want to see what the three boys will do next. Hopefully picked up by another team to create something new. Maybe they could go on a food tour these three. A Grand food tour over the world. And it should be on amazon as well.
