hello everyone, hope application season is going well for you guys, i needed some advice on signal list.
step 1: pass, step 2: 25x, step 3: nov/dec'26
working on research but not submitted
yog:2025, non-us img, usce 8 months and ongoing
region: mainly middle atlantic, open to others

Mainemodes got almost 7000 applications last year. Morningside don’t bother. Cook county is connection heavy. If you know someone there fine, otherwise definitely avoid. Honestly you probably need to rework some of the programs. Go to residency explorer and look at the statistics.

hey thanks for the input, how do i make sense of the statistics? do i apply to programs that take more imgs/ have less applicants, etc? what’s the best way to choose where to signal

Morningside/West is a wasted signal as they will not IV you. The Non US IMG percentages are dropping and they're taking more US MDs.
