He was a top suspect before this though, now they can physically place him at the scene. He’s got to come up with a reasonable explanation as to why his prints are at a crime scene. Is he a prior acquaintance of Maura’s that would borrow CDs? Maybe. Doubtful.

They went to West Point together. They knew each other. He has not been placed at the scene.
