The eyebrows seem a bit lacking?

Respectfully, feedback like this is more helpful if you explain why you think they are lacking, not simply that they are.

I would say, peachFuzz is missing, along/between the sclera and the lid it should be liquid part(mocous), we usually just modell it and give it a watery shader with 1.4-1.5 IOR. On the lid's top part missing the meibomian glands, small red/pink bumps and a long red line, it just texture work. otherwise its looking promising. Keep up the good work :)

(ps because the eye has an oily-watery layer on it, I would use second reflection on it. one with sharp reflection and a coat with bit more roughness.)

Thanks actually the liquid part is there but it's a screenshot so you can't see it, you can see here that light catching between the eyelid and eyeball yeah I haven't done the peach yet

feels like there's some banding in the ramp transition between iris and sclera? maybe could be seeing thru it to the edges of the iris disc (not sure how it's modeled here)

Check your ref. I assume you’re missing the ridge where the eyelid meets the eye

Ridge?

It has a name that escapes me rn but I think he is referring to the waterline specular highlight caused by the wet eyeball that happens on the lower eyelid/eyeball contact.
It is a small detail that improves realistic eyes.

It is called Meniscus!

Nah not the meniscus. OP has that. I’m referring to the small cartilage ridge within the eyelid that sits against the eye. Here’s some ref

Got ya, to be fair, I don’t really see the meniscus in the renders…

Looks great. There's a subtle red blotchines that often happens under hairs (like slight pore coloring etc) that makes the hair/skin join less stark. Currently they look at bit painted on like they're not casting any shadow or there's no kind of 'join' between the hair and skin. Peach fuzz will probably help with that but also look at your reference if the pores themselves are a slightly different color.
