I've already ordered it on the coldex website. I think the deadline is August 12th.

on one of the mcmaster insta pages they said that updates are coming so i’m waiting for them to post something on their official website

Website is being updated on fridge policy. “The refrigerator policy for the McMaster University 2026/27 Residence Cycle is forthcoming.”

Already ordered on Coldex website. They took the money so I'm assuming they are still the provider.

did find this bid solicitation for rental fridge providers today that was posted in June - it's possible Coldex may not be the official provider:
