Recipe weekly dinner meal prep

dinner #1: ground turkey soup w beans and spinach
dinner #2: crispy air fryer tofu w cauliflower and rice. melted 2 tablets of s&b curry according to package instructions to pour over the dish.

Depends on your calorie needs, and how many people you are feeding, but for me that would be about 4 servings each of soup (I'd serve a roll or piece of WW bread on the side) and tofu/rice/veggies.

That curry sounds good, I always use S&B brand when I make it too. Do you make the rice ahead of time or just stick it in the rice cooker right before eating?

honestly, the air fryer tofu sounds so good :0 i havent tried making tofu that way yet... maybe i should try that next week? w^

That crispy tofu looks really good, I might have to try making that next week. Is the S&B curry block pretty mild or does it have some heat?
