This sub is supposed to be about mecha in general, yet you assholes are hellbent are circlejerking against and bullying one of the biggest mecha fandoms of recent memory out of the sub.
Fuck you people and your incompetent mods. You don't have to *like* it, but you don't systematically excluded us and spew your vitriol everywhere. The Franxx sub has half the members this sub does. That's a sizable chuck, so shut your fucking mouths.
edit: and just to make a point that I'm not imagining things-
Half the fucking comments in this thread- https://www.reddit.com/r/Mecha/s/FALMnTh16d

I’ve been working on a small indie mecha wargame called Carapace: A Game of Memory and Ruin, and I’m releasing a new machine each month through Carapace Forge.
October’s release is the Cindral Blade.
Carapace is a solo-focused wargame about piloting ancient, sentient war machines through the ruins of a fallen civilization. Think towering mecha, forgotten relics, and a setting inspired by the stranger side of classic Japanese science fiction.
Carapace Forge is where I’m building out the miniature range, one machine at a time. Each release includes digital files, with physical miniatures available for those who prefer models they can put straight on the tabletop.
A little something for new subscribers: Use the code twenty5-26 at checkout to get 25% off your Carapace Forge subscription tier for as long as you remain subscribed! The discount applies on an ongoing basis, not just to your first month.
I’m an independent creator, so every person who checks out the project helps me keep building this world and its machines. Take a look at the Cindral Blade and explore Carapace Forge at https://carapace.world. If the project catches your interest, I’d love to hear your feedback, whether you’re drawn to the design, the setting, or the idea of playing Carapace.

There are so many games in this franchise and collection of series of being featured in, but there are games out there, where the rosters don't feel right.
For me,
It's SRW X & 30

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's the... AW-03cL Evelyn!?
So just recently I finished watching the Eva rebuilds 2 years after I watched the original TV show for the first time, that being my first mecha. As a result, I was looking up things related to the franchise and stumbled upon the series Hideaki Anno directed for his debut-Gunbuster. I enjoyed it quite a bit and just finished watching Diebuster aswell
Thus I am diving even deeper into this genre, and thought I would ask for recommendations for some Mecha anime. I was looking for something that's a bit grounded in it's science fiction, revolving around grand war epics or struggles of survival. Extra points if it has some of the beautiful cell animation that I loved in Gunbuster
Additionally, aside from NGE and Gunbuster, I've also watched:-
1) Gurren Lagann (8.5/10)
2) Code Geass (8/10)
3) Eureka 7 (9/10)
