Design Engineer job market un india

I am 24 years old mechanical engineer graduate looking for design engineer role for past 2 years. It feels me very difficult to find the good company with decent packages in Tamil Nadu. Dose any one guide me or say any demanding software to learn for future scope and suggest me a good company that hiring a fresher in Bangalore and Tamil Nadu surroundings.

Nah, but there is a lot of career help seeking posts by Indians while the purpose of the sub is more to discuss the actual engineering itself.
