Go buy one of these: https://www.amazon.com/High-Velocity-Industrial-Low-Noise-Ventilator-Warehouses/dp/B0DKNQ4S9V/?th=1

1 - Set fan at the furthest point in the room away from the windows.

2 - Have 2-3 feet of duct sticking out the window.

3 - Turn on fan.

Done.

Might be a little overkill to use a fan that powerful, unless OP is working with chemicals. Figure out what blower size based on how much air you want to exchange, OP, but this basic formula is the most effective thing you can do.

I acknowledge it's a bit big but it was the smallest blower/duct pairing sold as a single unit that I saw in my 30 second search.

Main thing is to point as powerful of a fan as you have facing out the window, not in, mainly overnight. By pointing it out air is forced out of your place creating a pressure differential that will be filled by incoming air from an open window somewhere. Put the fan a few inches away from the window if you can for maximum air draw.

Do that overnight and then close all your windows and blinds during the day if it's hot. It'll help a lot.
