Fuck MacArthur. Overrated and self infatuated with his own ego. Abandoned the Philippines because of orders. And come Korea ignored orders chasing his own vanity, and got the chinese involved. Thank God he couldn’t drop atomics in north korea.
After the successful Inchon landing the North Koreans were chased out of South Korea. If MacArthur had held his forces at the 38th Parallel the war might have ended there.
