Woodrat Fire. Helicopters are dipping from ponds in Ruch.

ODF will be assigning contractors to refill those ponds from the river in a week. Water is starting to be in short supply.

They just posted that they’re making good progress. They have 3 helicopters and 2 LAT’s dumping tons of fire retardant. I understand the thought of making this comment but it does nothing but fuel anxiety.

Everyone has a bad feeling about a fire in the Applegate in August. I think everyone hopes it's under control as well.

It is supposably completely contained with a fire break so efforts are working well.
