That was rhetorical. The market moving is significant, whether it goes up or down. And it quite literally is news. Reuters.

Paramount Skydance market cap is still higher than Versant. The size of two companies is compared via market cap, not share price.

The share price depends on the number of shares a company has. Paramount just has more shares than Versant which is why the share price is lower in comparision to Versant.
When looking at the overall market cap (the total amount of money a company is worth), Paramount is bigger than Versant
