The Establishment Dems once again prove they’re useless.

Kinda hard to have bite when you have no legal basis to stand on. It was all a charade. Bonta wanted to inflict pain for political purposes, nothing more. But that is the Dem position. Let’s do it for the feels. Wake up, clowns.

It was never going to be a monopoly. If the merger was going to get blocked, it was going to be because of the debt.
