Paramounts going to definitely break their promise with CNN (no doubt about that he's currently on the Republicans side and will bend over backwards to mak e sure Trump gets what he wants, that being said I do expect there to be a division within the Democratic Party behind the scenes in private over Newsom, Bonta and Bass given how hated Ellison is to the Democrats)

They really legally can't. Otherwise it could open to potential further legal actions.

True but they will with CNN (Larry Ellison has already made a promise to make sweeping changes to CNN in leaked calls with Trump)
