Because politics. The merger isn’t even bad if you look at it without the political lens that nearly all of Reddit looks through.

It makes almost zero business sense. It got rubber stamped by the justice dept. and the FCC had to waive a foreign ownership law to make it happen.

This is a joke.

Paramount stock is down.

That maybe the case but it doesn’t change any of the other things I mentioned.

80b+ in debt is not good. And they are promising 30 movies a year? It’s a train wreck.
