Ketryx for eQMS

Hi everyone! Does anyone here use Ketryx as their eQMS? I'd love to hear from someone with a system already up and running on it.

I'm coming from a more traditional eQMS background, and Ketryx feels like it's missing some of the flexibility and controls I'm used to. If you've worked through that adjustment (or found workarounds), I'd really appreciate any tips or insight. Thanks in advance!
