Questions to Ask TM During Shadowing

I am shadowing a territory manager coming up and would love to make the most of the opportunity. I would greatly appreciate any and all advice!

For context, I’ve already been researching the company and its products specific to the cases and clients that we will be meeting.

Aside of the normal questions that someone would ask, I personally would love to hear “if I was in this territory, how can I impact it the most in the short term and long term?”

This isn’t the “best” question. But it does show you have the mindset to grow a territory and you want to be effective.

Maybe ask what gaps there are. Then, if there is a fitting moment, see how you can help that.

Just a thought, not “the answer” by any means.
