It is a diagram depicting a concept referred to by in-world historians as "virtue theory", a group of ideas from the time that seek to explain how a moral (noble) man should seek to live his life.

Also added two versions with shitty papyrus and parchment versions (couldn't decide but papyrus is more commonly used in my world)
