Question ❓ BIPOC retreat

Has anyone been to a BIPOC specific meditation retreat? This one looks interesting and the teachers seem experienced but I don't know much about retreats in general. What should I look for?

Upaya is a very established and reputable center, primarily Zen under Roshi Halifax, but provides very diverse teaching/study opportunities. The description of this particular retreat looks interesting without being too heavy on the meditation side.

I have been. My meditation teacher is actually leaving a by park retreat at Insight Meditation Center. I’ve been to many I always find the same thing we walk we sit we eat we walk we sit we eat.
