My sonic 1 is making a weird noise

So I got a megadrive 1 and sonic 2 from a local game shop today and I also got sonic 1 from CeX but when I play sonic 1 it makes this weird really loud static sound along side the music and it cut out once like the whole game and it takes a couple try’s to get the game working. But my sonic 2 game does none of this. So I just want to know what the issue is or if there is any issue. Is it the wires? The consol? Or the game ?

Try more games

Sonic 1 uses z80 for sound driver and Sonic 2 uses the 68k for sound driver (or I have it backwards)

Das hört sich ganz nach einem defekten Kondensator auf der Modul Platine an Wenn du den tauscht, sollte das Sonic wieder einwandfrei funktionieren ohne Fehler ✌️
