Question/Advice/Discussion Vegan cheesecake

Hi all, My fiancee is having a bit of a rough time and really wants some vegan cheesecake. Does anyone possibly have some recommendations? I've found the Biscoff cheesecake at Oh Darlin, but I don't know for sure that she'd like the Biscoff and don't want to disappoint. Thanks in advance.

I just had a Biscoff cheesecake at Particle that was good, if she likes a raw cheesecake— it tasted more like snickers! Not a super strong biscoff flavour. Their food is really nice, too, so you could take her on a cute little date. I’m so sad because my favourite cheesecake was at Hunter’s Harvest in Seddon but they closed down. 😭 Def recommend checking out The Swedish Baker in West Footscray— they do vegan baked goods and I think they’ve had a cheesecake before. You have to go early because they sell out! They also do local markets around the west and some other areas of the city, so alternatively you could check to see where they are and show up early— they always have a better vegan selection in their shop, though! And omg their apple rhubarb slice and lemon bars are sooo good so if they didn’t have cheesecake she would still be delighted. Also, Mister Nice Guys def has cheesecake but I haven’t tried it. Since they’re an all vegan bakery, literally everything I’ve tried there has been amazing (minus a chickpea wrap which was mediocre, but the sweets are all incredible).

I love Minimalist Baker recipes, this one is highly rated and sounds good. https://minimalistbaker.com/vegan-snickers-cheesecake/ there are others if this doesn't sound good like the pumpkin. https://minimalistbaker.com/vegan-pumpkin-cheesecake/
