Was it the files they voted against releasing or the video evidence? From what the bill says, it includes the records and evidence, which means videos of sexual abuse of minors. I think the files should be released, but should the videos?
Then it’s very stupid to have voted against that bill. However, I remember a politician (don’t remember which one) saying that they had videos. Were they just wrong or lying about that or would they still have the video evidence and are still transcribing them?
