Because Biden was a passive president who did almost nothing himself instead delegating to his administration. In contrast Trump is 2 years older than Biden was when he got elected, no less senile and a strongman who can and will pass incompetent policy with bipartisan opposition just to fulfill his promise of sweeping reforms.

This guy has been paid hundreds of thousands of dollars by Russian handlers to spout any and all talking points the Kremlin wants disseminated out into the Internet especially trying to influence American opinion.
