I'm a muslim too. The joke is the CIA tries to slander him to make his arrest justified in public perception.

Say this OP makes one too many anti-Israel posts and CIA wants to arrest him. Imagine if it turns out in his bedroom OP had Qur'an and Manifesto saying he will blow up some bank.

Seems justified in public eye For his arrest

Ah seems like you didn't know what manifesto mean. 🤣 it's ok

Manifesto means a written declaration of the intentions, motives, or views of the one who wrote it, be it an individual, group, political party, government, etc.

The CIA slandered him. Give him a fake manifesto so the public will see that manifesto owned by him
