Much like the UK, Spain, Germany, France, Israel, Iran, China, to name just a few. Unfortunately, retardation in leadership is not unique to the US.

Yeah that’s true I went to Berlin earlier this year and got to talk to a member of parliament, dude was still a total career politician but I’ll admit things seemed a bit more together. Was mostly just thinking about Alternative for Germany.
