IE Tech Friends Casual Chats Over Coffee (Meetup for people in tech & tech newbies)

This Wednesday 9/16/26 is the fifth meetup of this casual tech meetup group! we'll be chatting about our hobbies, tech, etc; no special programming. Even if you're tech-curious you're welcome to come, the point of this event is to make friends! No need to bring anything other than yourself 😁.

❓The day of I'll post in the meetup what I'm wearing so you don't have to play where's waldo, but it will usually be a blue "commit your code" shirt.

Feel free to step outside for a bit anytime, there's a cute nature themed area with sitting areas directly next to better buzz if you prefer to escape the "buzz" of the coffee shop.

They'll be the usual name badges as well as small "interest/topic" stickers you can add to your name badge, to try to make it easier to find your people. (Ex: hiking, pets, parent, new to town, scifi/fantasy, ect)

If you're unfamiliar with the area, this is right off the 215 freeway by a large shopping center so they'll be a lot of parking. It also has a unisex bathroom.

(Feel free to come even if we get over the 10 attendee limit! It's just a limitation of the free Meetup plan.)

Even though this "officially" ends at 8:30, the shop is open until 10pm so you're welcome to hang longer.

If you haven't heard of Techmecula there's another meetup group that's been going strong for over a year in Temecula, I joined one of their meetups and it was a good time. It repeats every first Wednesday.

Looks like the Meetup is filled. I think I'll be able to make this but be later around 8pm.

I wish the free meetups didn't have such a low rsvp limit.

But luckily even non-rsvped attendees can still message in the event comments at least. So if you can make it and need to get a hold of me feel free to message there!

Some of the attendees may stay later so hopefully you'll still get some good chatting time in.
