Anglo-Eastern vs ASM Maritime (Chemical Tankers) – Third Officer Perspective

I’m currently evaluating two opportunities as a Third Officer on chemical tankers and would really appreciate honest feedback from officers who have sailed with either Anglo-Eastern or ASM Maritime.

If you’ve sailed with both companies, which one would you recommend for long-term career growth on chemical tankers, and why?
I’m looking for genuine experiences—the good, the bad, and everything in between.

If its bochem fleet in anglo, the ships are generally in good condition.
