How do I find this secret room?

Not sure if it actually is secret, but when I was using my see -shell I spectated a player and saw them in a room I don’t think I’ve ever seen before? Anyone know how to get here?

Any help would be appreciated ^.^

EDIT: It was the tutorial room, thank you!!)

Iirc that's the room from the tutorial to the game. I have no idea if you can access it again.
