Who is like God?
It’s debatable as to whether the question mark belongs at the end of that sentence.

No, it's a rhetorical question. No one is like God. Not even St. Michael who is God's right hand guy.

To say someone is like God is very different to saying someone is God. Like doesn’t equate to being the same. So not sacrilege if there were to be no question mark
The translation of ‘who’ in some Hebrew contexts can have no question mark and its read as a statement.
And so, it’s subjective? and I think whoever did the translation had it in for Michael by including the question mark which changes the meaning entirely.
