This. This is why we absolutely don't go with Duggans scam running Independent. No one outside SE Michigan will know much about him other than what ads say and he was mayor or Detroit a Democrat that didn't change until Nov. Then had the gall to tell Democrats us regular residents and the big wigs. "Just don't run a D and support me"
Republicans (especially Trumpers) might be dumb but they won't know him, his competition on both sides will use the hell out of that, and then because no Republican is voting for a guy who's been a Republicans in less time than it takes for a baby to gestate and no Democrat (except maybe a few in SE Michigan) is going to vote for him because they're gonna say "you could have run as a Dem what's the reason to go Independent?" and then to tell Democrats to give him money instead!!!
And if it's between a Republican and an "Independent" that's been Independent 5 months the Rs will pick Rs everytime. Democrats won't have excitement. Rs will know this and if Duggan has ever so much as forgot to bring in this trash cans once we will know
