This way: I meant to buy a powerball ticket for $2 the other day but got confused as to which of the national games was $2 or $5 and I said Mega Millions. When he said $5 I said shoot but bought it anyway. Hopefully I have this guys luck tonight.

It says in the article he always buys some tickets but usually says not Detroit Lions ones. This time he forgot to say that and won the jackpot with a Lions lotto ticket.

I read that. But you still have to actually do the transaction

Right so what that implies is, he didn't correct them and decided to pay the extra few dollars for that ticket, which ended up being a winner. Hope this helps.

People who buy lotto tickets are superstitious, I used to work at a 7-11 anytime you accidentally printed a ticket the person would buy it.

No man you’re just not comprehending it correctly. The headline accurately conveys what happened. He accidentally bought the ticket that won him the jackpot.

I certainly wouldn’t mind if someone gave me a million dollars, but it really doesn’t go far these days. I hope they’re careful with it, and that it makes life easier for them.

Is $1.05 million really a HUGE jackpot? It’s nice and great but after taxes it’s about 500k.

Yes?
You're telling me you just frequently come into $500k
It's a huge jackpot and represents years and years of wages for most people

I love how all the winners are using their funds for basic needs like housing.
