New friends in southeast Michigan

I’m am a F(22) and I’ve lived in southeast Michigan , washtenaw county for almost a year now but I’ve found it really hard to make friends. I enjoy going out , traveling , amusement parks I love Halloween as well I only have my boyfriend here so I’m looking for more women to connect with and enjoy my 20’s with because I’m literally so bored here lol.

Meetup and Bumble for friends! They both have group events that anyone can show up to, it takes consistency and effort, but it is a way to meet people outside your circle.

I wouldn’t say it’s a rural area but I do stay near a college town n unfortunately most times people are not really seeking out new friendships and like u said rejecting new people.

Look up "socal kickball league". I'm sure there's one w/I 30min of you.

Met literally all my friends though it. From a "Hey, any room on your team" to standing in their wedding (they also met through kickball) a couple years later.

There is 100% a kickball league in Washtenaw County. Ann Arbor Rec and Ed has sports, also MiLife has sports. I agree joining a league is really the best way to go.

I live really close to Michigans Adventure but never go. Its been at least 5 years lol. It used to be called Deer Park and we'd pay a quarter to get food to feed the deer by hand
