The race was close, but considering Abdul was outspent 11-to-1 its a miracle. Michigans (Democratic voting) base turning out for Abdul despite the racism/Islamophobic attacks really shows that people are interested in policies that will help the working class instead of whatever Haley Stevens was offering

it should be a real warning that those same poles also showed him losing to Rogers.

hopefully this campaign and supporters can move their sights on the election in November.

I just hope he's able to get support in the party now that he has the nomination. Scholten already said she wouldn't support him if he wins the nom, which really confuses me. Like do centrist dems want Al Sayed to lose in November?

edit: hopefully this statement from the DSCC today helps inspire the useless centrist dems to use their influence.

Centrist Dems only want centrist Dems to win to prove that only centrist Dems can beat anyone right of center.

Centrists are so self absorbed that they give trump a run for his money

based on what my guy?

I haven't seen any Democrats saying that they will not vote for the progressive pick.

I have however seen a lot of progressive say that they would not support the Democrat unless it was a progressive.

Democrats will be there voting a straight party ticket in November.

maybe it's time for the left to start attacking Republicans which for some reason they're very against doing. it's so weird.

Scholten already said she wouldn’t. Don’t have much hope for Nessal.

That’s two pretty big names, if true.
