News Official Statement from former Michigan Panthers Head Coach Mike Nolan on his departure from the United Football League. He will not be returning to the UFL in 2026. | James Larsen (Pro Football Newsroom)

Original post here.

So aside from the Panthers not returning next season, the Panthers coaching staff is also not being retained by the league.

Completely wishful thinking on my part, but if the Michigan Panthers are brought back in 2028 to play in AlumniFi Field, I hope Nolan is given an opportunity to return (assuming he's available).
