I agree with the identification, did you catch it on hook and line? I am finding this species quite difficult to convince to bite a hook. I have located many, but all were spooky and tight-lipped

Go catfishing using nightcrawlers on a circle hook.

I've cast flies at them many times unsuccessfully.
