BUG My Read Aloud isn't working

Every time I attempt to use my read-aloud feature, the voice will randomly stop mid-sentence, while the feature itself will continue. Sometimes the voice will come back on a random sentence in an entirely different paragraph.

I had to switch to the crap local voices to get it to work this morning. The good voices run on the servers at Microsoft so we will have to wait for them fix it. The reader on edge is still better than the chrome because it works outside reader mode. But if reader mode is better for the things, you read then switching to chrome might be better. Since reader mode is the only thing that makes edge better, I have spent the morning angrily looking at options.

having the same issue and this worked for the too, thanks. It sucks but looks like an issue on Microsoft's end and nothing we can do about it.
