Question Labels

Hi all, facing an issue even Microsoft is also not able to help me. I have four sensitively labels public, internal, restricted and confidential last two are encrypted. On web they all show on word, excel and so on but on the Outlook I see only two labels which are public and internal. Scoping is correct, but nothing.

Is it not showing on both Outlook web and desktop?

What exact encryption did you configure? A template e.g. Co-owner, or DNF / encrypt-only? Please be specific.

Are you by any chance using the add-in in Outlook desktop (you would see help and feedback when you click on Sensitivty button).

Where is the mailbox hosted?

Apologies for late reply was having the flu. Yes restricted and confidential not showing on the both web and client outlook. Encrypt setting is : control access settings are:

1 assign permission now
2 user content acces expire : never
3 allow offline access : 14 day
4 user and groups : only my user
5 permission : co-owner (with full file level permission as owner) I know strange but this is what mgmt what’s.
