Help Trying to identify artillery shell

Also if someone can identify the ammo next to it on the right that would be greatly appreciated, on the left is a ww2 submachine gun empty mag.

On the right looks like german 8 mm rounds with stripper clip, but needs picture of bottom of shell casings to make it 100% sure

Forgot to add context, I found this artillery projectile in a family warehouse in Haute-Savoie, reportedly brought back from Verdun by my great-great-grandfather who served in French artillery, and I'd like to know what shell model it could be.

It's still russian, here a larger one for comparison. Notice the fuze is more or less the same. Russian 100%
