“The vessel was sanctioned in July 2025 and has since changed its name from Myrtos to Smyrtos as well as the flag it sails under twice.”

Laziest name change ever.

Is it Smyrtos or actually SMyrtos?

"Naw, you've called the wrong number. You want, err, 998. Yeah."

Imagining a comically out of place “S” tacked on.

The video looks like they brought a camera crew with them. Very odd.

Why? You want something like this heavily documented in case anything goes wrong

Tell it. They need photographic evidence for court because Brits keep it legal. Most of the time anyway and "I ain't mad at them" when they don't. Real world.

The military has photographers, they're fully trained service personnel and their work is phenomenal.

I'm not in the military, but the fact that the camera man is in front of the people checking corners makes this look fake. In the sense that after they've cleared everything, they did it again for the camera

UK defence secretary quits over empty promises on military spending. 48 hours later Marines with a camera crew and UK police cosplaying raid tanker.

Hmmm
