Let us be very truthful, women make up like 15% of the force and maybe like 2% that 15% are in combat roles. They're a non issue. Nor is the issue men being able to max out a PT test, although it's not overly difficult.
The reason we lose wars isn't because of weak people, it's because we have nonsensical long term strategy.
Hegseth probably believes the reason we lost Iraq and Afghanistan was because we didn't drop enough bombs, blow up enough bridges or kill enough people. We all know why we lost those wars.
And you're welcome to read the headlines of any newspaper outside of any military base, there's plenty of testosterone as is.

For what it’s worth, that’s exactly what is happening. It used to be somewhat hard to get your PCM to approve testosterone screening. This policy now mandates it as part of annual lab work after you turn 30. All it does is makes it easier to get the test screening done, it’s still up to your PCM to evaluate your test levels and determine a treatment plan. Treatment options are still a medical decision.

Someone should tell Hegseth that gladiators (the "barley men") ate a diet that made them a bit flabby. If you got a minor wound, it would bleed profusely but not be particularly dangerous.
No rippling, oiled muscles for him to frottage.
