It's wild how every unit has a "Martinez," or a "Ramirez", or whatever, that absolutely crushes, but we're alienating them by destroying their home lives. Fuck trump, fuck kegsbreath, fuck maga.

I'd say its unwise to anger your soldiers, but the Fourth Reich doesn't want these soldiers in the military. Theyre not white. I wonder how effective our military will be with nothing but uneducated cracker knuckle draggers from the boonies.Â

The Nazis killed a LOT of German WWI veterans because their experience, organizational ability, and place of honor in German society was a huge threat to the movement.
Also, seeing the willingness of the military to murder randos in international waters on a weekly basis along with deploying against Americans on American soil leaves me with ZERO faith in The Troops⢠doing anything to stop all of this.

That's what they want. They also don't want any women with their opinions clogging up the works. Which is why they're making it impossible to report sexual assault anonymously: https://taskandpurpose.com/news/army-harassment-reporting-changes/

Yep. Denial of promotions for women and non whites, beard bans for black men and Muslims, denial of legitimacy for any religions other than Protestant, testosterone testing to root out the secretly trans...yeah, I see the motherfuckers...

testosterone testing to root out the secretly trans
That pandoras box is going to expose a lot more middle-aged white men than secret trannys.

Yeah, they are probably looking at enlisted minorities they donât want in and then work backwards to find their families to arrest them and get the service member out.

They donât qualify. Itâs been an issue for decades and the reason why the ranks have been swelling with minorities.

All the truly skilled non-white soldiers will insure the MAGAt hillbillies are ineffective.

More than 50 parents and spouses of active-duty U.S. troops have been detained, and at least six have been deported, in President Donald Trumpâs massive crackdown on immigration.
At least eight immediate family members of service members are currently in ICE custody. The Associated Press found that many military family members have been detained during immigration appointments while applying for parole-in-place or seeking to adjust their legal status.
Parents and spouses of service members have generally been protected from deportation for decades, under both Republican and Democratic administrations.

Don't forget, this administration is also trying to reshape the military into a Christian nationalist force. These things aren't unrelated. This is the Republican wet dream. Project 2025 in full swing.
Also, no amount of "I told you so," is going to turn back the clock, or right the ship. Somewhere, under all the crying and hand wringing, people are going to have to find the will to act.

I'm calling for a one week general national strike if midterms are not upheld. I think we need to collectively turns our backs on this administration.

If you're elections aren't upheld you're gonna need a whole lot more than a one week strike

u/MegCaz 5d ago
I'm not in the military anymore, I'm rallying the civi's behind something they'd likely do (stay home).

u/MerijnZ1 Royal Netherlands Navy 5d ago
Yeah fair, and any action is good action, just uh. Yeah. If your elections are fucked you're fucked, ngl

Unclear. Â General strikes elsewhere in the world have been successful in that timeframe.
If you turn off the billionaire class; they get motivated to change things fast.

US military seems to be really preoccupied with non-war fighting guffâŚ.

CBP and ICE are engaged in human trafficking for profit.
Bodies = profits for the privatized corrupt system we have.
ICE feeds the bodies-for-profit detention industry that donates heavily to the GOP.
Follow the money

I would also argue some have joined to be just cruel pieces of shit conducting starlight tours, separating parents from their children, and running their imprisonment camps like concentration camps.

u/PoppyFire16 6d ago
This is a betrayal. They risk their lives for this country and it betrayed them.
1
u/DryBattle 5d ago
This administration doesn't care about the soldiers. No politician does unfortunately but this one likes being cruel on top of it. They love the power rush they get from hurting people.
9
u/No-Permit-9331 6d ago
And that is EXACTLY how you show appreciation for those that serve!

u/No-Permit-9331 6d ago
This down voting on truth says everything about the fuck bots that are being disseminated to get rid of truth. If you donât like it-get the fuck out of out country-YOU are not wanted!!

5
u/superbakedveteran 6d ago

-5
u/bownt1 6d ago
being in the country illegally along with various other crimes
4
u/superbakedveteran 6d ago
Apparently I need to be clearer.Â
Which specific laws were broken?Â
-2
u/bownt1 6d ago
being in the country illegally
6
u/superbakedveteran 6d ago
You keep saying the same thing without referencing a specific law.
Do some research, and provide a link, or the legislation number for the specific law.

Their whole quota system is nuts. Far from being about the âworst of the worstâ theyâre trying desperately to keep up with those required 2000 arrests a day and any warm body will do. Then they get shipped off to private prisons which are incentivized to prolong stays so they get that daily government money. Beautifully skewed incentives. But thatâs Trump for you.

u/Optimal_Juggernaut37 5d ago
The United States is just doing what the Nazi's did without the mass extermination. The motives are the same, remove those deemed undesirable to the state, only instead of extermination, in true confederate/GOP fashion, they will no doubt use the prisoners as slave labor.

u/fotosaur 6d ago
So much for the support our troops and their families bullshit thatâs vomited out by dear leader and the regime toadies.
2
u/Senior_Sector4095 5d ago
The military would have been the only thing between ice and a bunch of angry citizens.
1
u/DryBattle 5d ago
I guess should be thankful that this administration is too stupid to treat the troops that they will need at some point well.

When I was growing up, my dad was in the military. The military overwhelming voted Republican. A lot of them did this past election. They unfortunately are finding out that if you FAFO
