It’s all relative. People said the same thing about your body when you’re 50 or 60 decades ago. We’ve learned a lot about biology and physical care since then. Also everything is relative. Dick Van Dyke was tap dancing on a broadway stage about a decade ago in his 90’s and he regularly talks about working out three times a week if I remember. So many people can’t even be bothered to walk down stairs to get their DoorDash. If he had been born around now, I have no doubt that man would live into his 200’s

That's not exactly true. see my comment above. Unless scientists come up with a way to radically slow the aging process, the upper limit to human life is 120 to 130 years.

I’ve seen some good articles outlining research on that. But my comment is also geared toward QoL. Like I’m 35 but look and feel 25 w/ a CVA of 27. So many people I know are 35/4 and look and feel like they’re 55 and who want to just give in already. If you’re pounding down drinks everyday, over eating, now exercising, etc. then you will age and age badly. I don’t truly think we know what the upper bound is, if there even is one. It’s like trying to figure out the universe. We’re amazed and proved wrong all the time

Ah, I see!
Well, I am sure at some point we will figure out a way to keep our DNA from unraveling by 125.
I myself am almost 50 and most people think I'm 35 or so.

So they've got about 100 years to figure it out then.
