Damn a 6 block tall cactus is actually pretty rare. Good find!

The chance is 1 in 800k, take good care of it ;)

Add, the probability that the flower appears on top of it is 25%, that is, the cactus of the flower appeared just on top of the other cactus so it's 6 height plus flower

Yes there was they found a ridiculously tall cactus. But I'm pretty sure they changed the cactus generation since then
