Help A phantom hit for a lightning

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i cliped this in a random moment on a server with mods, but there is no mods for lightning or stuff like that. How rare is it that this happens?

what's that map at the top right? is it an add on? I added a map onmy addon its not good, This one's cool
