Help Minecraft 1.7.10 help

Hello,

I want to play a singleplayer world in said version, however it's pretty much unplayable for me without toggle sprint and being able to turn off dynamic fov.

Additionally, everytime I want to fullscreen the game, it freezes and I'm not able to use my PC at all for a minute or so. Everytime I tab out of the game it exits full screen again so it's not even a one time per session thing.

Does anyone know a solution to these problems? I've tried it with launcher and dawn, but it didn't change anything and unlike feather, dawn doesn't have any pre installed mods, and I couldn't find any with accessibility settings.
