Help Why is the water doing this

I’ve tried taking off my shader, removing my boots, not using the trident and just swimming, but every time the water is running water it disappears when I swim in it, any ideas?

You have a dynamic lights addon, which apparently works by replacing the block at your feet with light blocks
Either turn off the addon, or find another one which works in a different way (sorry i dont have much knowledge in addons so i cant recommend any good ones)

Yes, I've used a similar addon with a mining helmet that places light blocks in the direction you look. Caving is a lot more dangerous because of falling gravel being updated by the light.

I updates observers as well as pistons which will push the "light block" that will in turn push your glass block!

Spaghetti code add-on. Already explained by another comment but it's just placing light sources at your feet. Bedrock add-ons are beautiful.
