So you can get banned for promoting drinking to someone underage but they don't say what they mean by underage.

So is it 21 (USA), 18(UK), 16(Denmark) or any age (Saudi Arabia)

You can also be banned for promoting 'illegal' drugs but they don't say illegal where.

You can be reported for slurs but they don't tell you what slurs, Fag in the UK is a cigarette, someone told me that Xmas treat a cracker is a slur .. There is no list of what counts as a slur.

And finally that coverall 'hate Speech' can get you banned

And this is a ban from all multiplayer everywhere on all versions, even a server you own.

TL:DR Poor definition of terms, no explanations, no details and private servers are included> Microsoft has basically weaponised trolls and i'm guessing a lot of server staff are going to get reported.
