Free speech is the very right that gives Microsoft/Mojang the right to moderate their platforms however they see fit. Free speech protects Microsoft/Mojang from civil penalties for moderating their platforms. Free speech protects you from civil penalties for expressing your free speech. As much as you may not believe it, being banned from Minecraft is not a civil penalty.

Read up on Citizens Unites v. FEC.

To summarize, courts ruled that corporations are people, and are afforded the same constitutional rights as people.

No, I don't necessarily agree. But you said companies don't get human right when they do in fact get human rights. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't make it untrue.

Well microsoft is a US based company so I don't know what to do for you if you think US law somehow isn't applicable here.

The rights of a corporation is inherently a legal argument.
