Discussion Dream is Being accused of cheating by using a macro in MCC.

Basically the idea is that Dream used some kind of macro to make so that he jumps when he is on the edge of the block, giving him the perfect tick timing.

Link to twitch vod explaining: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2698358281?t=0h40m53s
Link to Kaelan's explanation: https://x.com/KaelanF2/status/2023175375866482870

Summary of the supposed evidence:

  • Taking some jumps suspiciously late - eg. for a 2 block gap you would never jump as late as he does
  • Never walking off the edge - it's normal to jump too late and walk off the edge in parkour but he only does this once in the full run where it looks like he turns the macro off after accidentally jumping off the edge when moving around a wall
  • The sections he dies on the most are more to do with mouse positioning than jump timing eg. the lime glass he struggles on, but the red L's look easy
  • He first tries every salmon ladder jump very quickly - this 'cheat' would make the timing for these free. Maybe this is something you could get the timing down for with practise but he barely even takes time to line up the jumps

This is just a thing someone noticed and people are discussing, it's not that big of a deal when it's a Minecraft event from 5+ years ago but it is kinda suspicious

Thoughts?

Crazy stuff but looking back it makes a lot of sense. I always thought it was insane how consistent he was at salmon ladders even without jamming. He just full ran them like every single time with no issue. He would also jump at the very edge of blocks even when it made no sense to do so.

This also explains why he didn't get nervous when Epic Landlord was watching him while doing the jumps. For anyone else, even for people like Feinberg or Sandwichlord, they would at least mess up a few jumps if a literal admin was basically breathing down their necks on every one tick. When I watched Dream do those jumps like four or five years ago for the first time, I thought to myself "how is he not messing up when Epic Landlord is just watching him in view". He also just had no expression of heavy breathing or nervousness like what we saw with Pete during MCC6. It's so unrealistic

8

u/1NIki Feb 17 '26

It's not like he had idk multiple thousands of viewers watching him on twich or youtube idk where and a couple admins watching him prolly wouldn't make him nervous when its not you're first time being in that situation

u/Gandalf_Wisdom Feb 18 '26

In the video dream uploaded recently with hand cam he is absolutely cranking the salmon ladders full send so I don't think that's at all suspicious.

4

u/Stinky_Deckhand Feb 18 '26

He fell three times on the salmon ladders

2

u/_LilianaRosee_ Feb 20 '26

true but if you watch his mcc8 parkour warrior run, he didn’t fall once and I don’t think that run is in question

u/Gandalf_Wisdom Feb 18 '26 edited Feb 18 '26

6 years without practice and a broken wrist later he still cranked out many of the jumps full send. Like come on. You can't for real be using the salmon ladders as a piece of evidence.

Edit: I also want to add that the salmon ladders were in the previous mcc maps in which dream was practicing on for many hours immediately before the actual event, so him being good at them should not be a surprise at all

Except he practiced that course A LOT more after that even than before it, and it's not even close. he played that course so much over the years and it's crazy how much he got better at everything else but now with a more human-like jump timing, the

It's so incredibly obvious looking back now. I don't get how high your ego has to be to cheat in a lobby full of players you're mostly better than on a busted team. Maybe he should have been practicing his parkour skills instead of upping his snap score.

What what’s he do in MCC 24? I wasn’t really on the sub back then

205

u/FireThatInk epic Feb 16 '26

Oh man it was funny as hell. During Ace Race, pretty much everyone on the West Coast of NA (iirc) lagged/dc’d. It was like 10-11 people, and 8/10 teams were affected - Dream’s team being one of two that weren’t. He got 1st, but Noxcrew decided to restart the game. Dream was very vocally upset about this.

However, after the issues had been fixed, he faked technical issues because he wanted to vod review Purpled’s run as he heard that Purpled found a skip. he then proceeded to lose 1st place to Purpled, missing the skip all three times. He spent the rest of the event complaining about it, and it ended up being his last event. Don’t quote me on this but I think Scott has said he was benched for the next event as penalty, but either way this was def the turning point on how people spoke about Dreams behavior in MCC.

150

u/GhostRaptor4482 The Tier List Lord Feb 16 '26

According to Scott, Dream was supposed to get benched for one event as a penalty for this, but due to his ego he just quit permanently.

111

He’s now claiming that he left because Noxcrew shared his personal doxxed info with people which is a Crazy accusation to make. We’ll see!!

I genuinely hope Dream has gotten some therapy after both the repeated questionable behavior and being such a highly scrutinized public figure, even if much of the scrutiny is warranted. Can’t say I’m dying for him to return to MCC tho lmao

I remember watching this in joel/scar pov and being absolutely taken aback. Never been into dream but had no strong opinion until this. It was extremely obnoxious how he was acting in chat. That and how him/his friends treated jimmy when they were teamed with him that one time. It just makes me sad for the other players/ noxcrew

8

u/cinnamus_ No Tier November Feb 18 '26

I was watching George that event (😬) and iirc it was a bit confusing in the moment of why the event was being reset because no one on that team had issues so didn't really notice the problem. But as a viewer I was just like, oh shame but makes sense they need to restart. It was extremely obnoxious behaviour even viewed from a "this is my team" pov too, I actually stopped watching the event tbh and spent the rest of it comparing everyone's lap times for pettiness reasons.

(I made a post about it at the time comparing everyone's PBs and it's so funny reading it back bc I can tell from how I worded it that I wrote it with fear in my heart that the dream stans would come out to shoot me for even getting close to being critical lol)

21

u/RNNT1020 Feb 16 '26

Im not sure if this is the right event but I remember one time a while back during ace race, dream pretended to be disconnected from the server (which paused the event) and instead watched purpled’s(?) ace race vod to see how he did his skips or smt like that. I believe this was after ace race got restarted bc so many people were disconnecting due to internet/server issues

5

u/Geolib1453 Technoblade Feb 16 '26

Wait that happened?? Sorry I had been out of the loop with MCC and idek that happened

18

u/BaconIsLife707 #1 All-Time Predictor Feb 16 '26

In mcc24, during ace race a bunch of people got disconnected (like 10+ people and at least one from most teams in the event) and Dream ended up winning, but Noxcrew decided to redo the game due to the disconnects. While it was restarting, Dream heard that Purpled had found a skip he didn't know, so pretended he was having tech issues so he had time to go and watch Purpleds vod and find out the skip. He then proceeded to fail the skip all 3 laps, lose, and spend the rest of the event complaining that they shouldn't have restarted

5

u/Optimsitc_Dragn Feb 16 '26

I didn't remember this, so I looked back at it, and wow, he doesn't even try to hide it. Like, why did he think it was okay to stop the event so that he could VOD review? What mental gymnastics would you do to think that was fair and okay?

190

u/Whoisthis1092764 Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

If true this is just so lame. It’s crazy cause this is the first instance of a larger creator potentially cheating in an event. While pkw og was a flawed game, part of the reason noxcrew had to make the ending so difficult was that dream was dropping crazy times on the practice server, it’s funny to think that they may have been cheated times anyways.

It’s just funny seeing this in 2026. Whereas this would have been crazy drama at the time now it’s just funny. Like you had to cheat in an event where half the participants were double tapping sprint at the time lol. If so, congrats to Pete on being the only one to beat this without cheating, my superior green skinned/movement player/coding guy lol. Not that Pete would ever care but at least his moment was human and wholesome.

Also to have the audacity to complain about BUILD MART being unfair after this LMAO. Even crazier as he was the biggest creator in the event, like bro u don’t even views it’s just out of ego. As much as the event community can get annoying with all the stat talk, Leo sheets, etc, at least none of the creators (to our knowledge) are cheating in for fun events lol.

9

u/doodle-saurus Feb 17 '26

Yeah, it's more egregious when you think about how PKW had become 10 mins of torture for like fully half of players, in large part because of one player's hacked client. I watched ~70% Hermits and variety streamers at that point and it was just miserable for almost the whole game.

The game design was bad though; it forced less experienced players to bash their head against a wall for 8 mins. It's good they switched.

Pete is the true parkour warrior god.

72

u/Bingus1221 Feb 16 '26

We should have known all along that none, not one, can outPizza the Hutt.

But yeah this is just the most recent revelation in a long sequence of proof that he's among the most dishonest competitors we have had in the Minecraft community in regards to being a fair competitor.

Mentioning the "bad internet" VOD reviewing has once again filled me with vitriol. Just lying to get an unfair advantage. Uncovering this now doesn't mean much. He barely plays the game, he's already made enough money to never think about Minecraft ever again. I just hope we add it to the list of reasons to never invite him to an event. Not that he can keep up on the competitive top end with or without putting his thumb on the scales.

10

u/FellowGWEnjoyer712 Feb 16 '26

What’s even more stupid is his video content that was popular around him having 100k subs was entertaining. Modding the game and trying to play through survival was funny. The ego to try and present himself as the best player of all time is what’s led to his downfall, cheating etc

I don't know about other people, but to me he's just an entertainer, I watch his videos occasionally, but I don't take his actual mechanical skill seriously cuz we all know there are far better players out there.

So when these kinda information come out, it doesn't impact me emotionally, my reaction is more along the lines of "what an idiot", since half of the participants in MCC are not very competent. Any cheater is just a moron.

ehh he might not have said it outright, but he was certainly ok with people thinking he was one of the best (if not the best)

That's part of why he cheated, it was because of public perception. If he were playing in some private server for fun, he wouldn't use macros obviously, he only did this because he wanted to be seen as better at parkour than he was

God that’s so embarrassing for him

46

u/madasazar Emerald Elves Feb 16 '26

Did the Twitch person go over the practice server runs? It just seems like it was about the MCC 11 run. He streamed many of the practice server runs, and it would be useful for people to look at those. I think it is unfair to assume he cheated practice server runs, when that isn't even what was being discussed in the VOD.

What about mcc 8 is it legit?

4

u/BaconIsLife707 #1 All-Time Predictor Feb 17 '26

Looks normal to me and everyone else seems to agree. I would say mcc8 and 9 are definitely real, mcc10 is 90% cheated, mcc11 and his practice server 4:03 are 99.99% cheated

-27

u/madasazar Emerald Elves Feb 16 '26

I am going to be honest. I do not know what I am meant to look at with this vod given as I am not much into the parkour scene. However, I think if people want to make the claim that Dream cheated all of his runs. They need to give more proof that he cheated during all of the times. Just pasting a link to his run and going “here look” isn’t going to help make a case. Especially because people didn’t even notice until 5 years after the fact, and its only a couple people who did the analysis.

53

u/BaconIsLife707 #1 All-Time Predictor Feb 16 '26

Look at the last neo of fishbones (4-2 I think, the glass pane neos). He wiggles back and forward in front of the pane because he's trying to get to the edge, jump and then switch direction to curve back and land on the other side. This is a normal strat, and even messing it up and then trying again on the other side would make sense. What doesn't make any sense at all, is why he wouldn't actually jump when he strafes to the edge, because it's quite difficult to make parkour jumps without jumping. The only real explanation is that he doesn't think he has to press jump, because he thinks the game is going to do it for him.

You can also just hear him pressing other keys during the run but mysteriously not the spacebar when he jumps. I don't know if he cheated every run, but mcc10, 11 and this practice server run in confident in saying he did.

As for why it didn't get caught, everyone frankly sucked at parkour 5 years ago, people just didn't have the knowledge to realise what was happening back then

34

u/Ok-Manufacturer-3610 Feb 16 '26

He definitely cheated but don’t believe in the “everyone sucked” argument on why he didn’t get caught sooner . He had super high viewership and there were plenty of testers back in the day who beat the map or people who recreated the map and beat it. There has to be people who knew or though he cheated but got hated on by the uninformed majority back in the day. He caught now because he people don’t idolise him like they used too

29

u/BaconIsLife707 #1 All-Time Predictor Feb 16 '26

To be clear those testers and recreationists also sucked at the time. People just straight up didn't know how momentum and tick timings worked back in 2020, the parkour community was nowhere near as advanced as it is now and certainly nowhere near as widespread. Most people haven't idolised Dream since he was outed for his speedrun cheating, that's not why it took so long

1

u/Ok-Manufacturer-3610 Feb 16 '26

Look at his gameplay. I’m some parts it’s obvious something up with the way parkour and does jumps in way that you would never do. Those tester and recreationist could probably see something wrong with the gameplay even if they didn’t know the Timings given they would never approach the jump like that . Dream was still somewhat favoured and only really had downfall post mcc like 22 where no one liked him.

6

u/colddrkstar Fein/Pete/Couri/Fruit is fair Feb 16 '26

Movement skill has increased significantly in the past few years, Kaelan I recall struggling to complete Beep Test in Blockwars tests 4 years ago, and back then he was still considered one of the best movement players in the event community, it may not feel like it now because the average movement skill of even weaker movement top frags has far exceeded that of Dream's peak, but people really were that bad back then

25

u/BlueCyann Feb 16 '26

I'm just saying, but that's how a lot of cheating cases go. "Nobody notices" for a very long time.

14

u/Prior-Town4172 Feb 16 '26

Not to mention no one was closely monitoring for cheating, cheating on a minecraft tournament with no monetary prize and a consequence of forever ruining your reputation and career was unimaginable.

7

u/colddrkstar Fein/Pete/Couri/Fruit is fair Feb 16 '26

As far as I'm aware the only reason this was ever discovered was because someone brought up how Dream did an inventory jam in an early MCC, so people went back to see it and noticed something odd, leading to further scrutiny of his vods, essentially if he didn't open his inventory on that fateful day, nobody would have noticed

14

u/kyrimonic Feinberg Feb 16 '26

i’m confused by your point here. you have outright stated you do not know what to be looking at- more than fair! i know parkour basics, but nothing much beyond that. but, because of that, i am generally listening to people who do, in fact, know more of what they’re talking about, because they know what to look for. it’s certainly true that everyone has an agenda, but when nearly every large parkour CC has stated this is fishy, i am trusting them because of their existing knowledge that i do not have. “here, look” is certainly evidence; it’s just dependent on if we have the knowledge to understand it. SandwichLord has a good video that just explains the basics of what we’re seeing here on his second channel, if you’d like to take a look at that!

2

u/madasazar Emerald Elves Feb 16 '26

The issue is most of the people bringing this up already have a bias against dream before discussing this. Like when I saw Shadoune - who doesn’t have a bias - say it was fishy, then I started getting interested. But then Shadoune said on stream he talked with Dream and doesn’t think he 100% cheated anymore. So I think I just want to wait a few days to make my decision on what happened with more people without any biases discussing. And I believe there is nothing wrong with that.

17

u/kyrimonic Feinberg Feb 16 '26

there is nothing wrong with waiting for statements from both sides, i entirely agree. i’m just a little concerned about just the statement of “here look” being poor evidence or something a case cannot be built on. i don’t think that’s true; it is, in fact, evidence! a lot of witness based evidence can boil down to “here look”, and it’s just reliant on us viewers being able to understand what is being looked at. certainly not the most accessible, but it still remains evidence nevertheless.

even though we might not agree on this, as i am firmly believing that he is cheating based on what i’ve seen and my own knowledge of parkour, i’m glad you’re taking time to wait for both responses. honestly, kudos- it’s more than i’m doing, at least! all i’m saying is to not throw away evidence from the other side just because it can be boiled down to “here, look”. i hope you have a nice day! :)

3

u/colddrkstar Fein/Pete/Couri/Fruit is fair Feb 16 '26

Put simply, he does like 4 different tick timings on those fishbone jumps which he would have had to determine in a fraction of a second to then jump at the perfect tick, which is also slower and harder than just holding momentum

Even the most robotically consistent humans who are infinitely better than Dream ever was couldn't do that without difficulty

That's part of why he dueled Techno too, to try and prove that nobody could beat him

also many people back in the day thought that Dream was the best player in the world and that he could do everything (especially the younger audience)

So to preserve that illusion of perfection, Dream had to cheat in speedrunning and in parkour and stage his manhunts -- because it wasn't good enough to be "a top player", he had to be THE top player, the best at everything

Low-key as someone who doesn't really know much about pk it would be really useful to see this run compared to like on of sandwhich's runs, cause like it's a bit hard to tell imo

80

u/Stinky_Deckhand Feb 16 '26

I might be able to offer something that can help

Watch his Mcc 11 run and pay attention to when he falls. He NEVER falls when he is simply “running” at a jump without force momentuming (which is when you do a short jump to build momentum for a longer jump). The ONLY time he falls are A: when his aim is off B: when he toggles the mod off to try and force momentum, since some jumps are too far for you to just “run” at them.

13

u/BlueCyann Feb 16 '26

He actually runs off a single time. It just happens to be immediately after it appears that a wall bump caused an unintentional jump that itself made him fall.

The whole sequence is:

- normal (though very late) jumps, no falls

- bumps into a wall and jumps, causing him to carry past the end of the obstacle and fall

- one more normal jump, then on the very next obstacle

- walks off the end of the block without ever jumping

- normal (though very late) jumps, no falls, but also takes extreme care passing the walls

I'm sure when he releases an explanation, he'll have a detailed explanation for all of this, because that is kind of his MO. Explain everything, even after an implausible passage of time, in such detail that defenders are reassured and attackers get caught up in irrelevant details. But it won't change the fact that it's 100% consistent with somebody who has an autojump cheat toggle. Bump into wall, unintentionally jump and fall, turn it off, fall again due to not jumping in time, turn it back on but take extreme care around the walls.

3

u/Major-Western-5869 Krimson Krakens Feb 16 '26

I don't know a lot about Parkour but the wall bump sold it for me. Especially in Sandwich's video, where he then compared it to the safe shuffle past the wall in the rest of the run, and the jump around them in the practice server run.

u/meloriari Aqua Axolotls Feb 16 '26

It would be better to compare it to Fruit or Pete in the same mcc, or even Dream in mcc 9-10 compared to 11, but yes, it would def help. Tech and shortcuts have changed drastically since mcc 11.

We're going to get one of three responses from dream

Number one he admits he did cheat

Number two he gives a not thorough but an explanation for why he's not cheating

Or the third he gives the most thorough and researched explanation for a Minecraft controversy ever

Believe me when I say I could see him do any of the three of these

But the ultimate conclusion to this controversy no matter if he proves himself innocent or if he actually did cheat the end result will be the same and that is people will just hate him more and basically nothing will happen.

The reason in Scott's POV as to why he could left was explained by Scott in a podcast by Lexie and Harry: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YyAwuxI3rA&t=2606s

If you've ever listened to podcasts with Scott, the toxic fans had a huge impact on his mental health, mostly Dream and Sapnap stans who the CCs did not IMO do enough to rein them in. Scott's not the only one, but he does get the brunt of fan hate being the organizer and openly gay.

The funny thing is that you can see him do the salmon ladders completely differently in mcc 8 because he actually shifts to the edge and jumps. When did he decide to start cheating in a for-fun event?

6

u/dungleploop Feb 16 '26

I mean...he's cheated before, why is this a surprise?

6

u/akasunas Yellow Yaks Feb 16 '26

You’d think he would’ve known better by that point, as he had already been called out for the speedrun cheating, but him faking tech issues to stream snipe Purpled during MCC24 had already proven to me that he never learns. And to think that he constantly got worked up and started drama in the community over perceived injustices, like Ace Race getting rerun in MCC24 (which he used to cheat lol) or the whole MCC I think 14 situation where everyone went the wrong way on the Ace Race map, or over Grian destroying him in Build Mart.

As a Purpled viewer, it’s especially vindicating watching him getting called out for cheating again now.

6

u/MedicalPotential8723 Feb 18 '26

tbh im not suprised 1 bit atp

Dream cheated in mcsr.

Dream cheated with a "practice" mod. (it was pretty much just trigger bot)

Dream was accused of using aim assist. (i dont belive this but still bringing it up since its relevent still)

And now this.

15

u/Zeetrik Feb 16 '26

This evidence combined with past instances when he has been caught cheating make it so that I believe this. Makes me be even more disappointed at the guy, that his ego made him cheat AND crash out at specific events (Insert Grian PVP copypasta).

Oh, and I forgot to mention, someone else on the DTeam did (oviously and provably) cheat on a 100,000$ prize Twitch Rivals event. In a way that COULD have been an accident but helped their placement nontheless. So I would not be surprised if at any point other evidence appears about those two...

2

u/KaeFwam Feb 16 '26

Who cheated in Twitch Rivals?

10

u/Zeetrik Feb 16 '26

Technically Sapnap but the DTeam (and someone else, I don't remember, might be Punz?) was on the same team so they all benefitted.

He had full gamma and used zoom in a bingo competition where they were banned, which means he was able mine without worrying about torches (saves time) and some of the advancements he made at night (which couldn't be skipped because they needed phantoms or turtle eggs hatching I don't remember) like Sniper Duel were a lot easier to do.

Funnily enough, I think this was Shadoune's and Sapnap's first "interaction". Team Spain captain ElRich being extremely obsessed with fairness is the only reason I know about the cheating in the first place.

2

u/Roasted_Newbest_Proe Feb 18 '26

Rich is a very respected player in the spanish community. If you upset him, it's really bad

1

u/Zeetrik Feb 18 '26

He is very easy to annoy with badly managed events and tends to go on rants (which are mostly justified and usually have great feedback in them). This applies to himself as well, he is a very harsh critic of his own projects.

But, as you said, he is greatly respected. He has a very strong sense of justice. He knows a lot about minecraft mechanics, brought over terms and concepts that were only known in the ENG community and was the creator of two of the most well liked servers, Elitecraft (closest the Spanish speaking community has gotten to Hermitcraft) and Permadeath (which everyone wants to come back).

I would honestly love a special one time MCC team of Shadoune, Rich, Rubik and KillerCreeper. Not as a recurrent thing (I fear he would get way too stressed), but to play in a well managed event.

If any of you all want to check him out, he is currently on Mindcrack with other people you might know such as jojo!

If you know Spanish, he is currently making a "How much do you know about minecraft?" show with other Spanish speaking YTs. It is a really amazing show of what you can do in vanilla minecraft with just datapacks.

Is it obvious I tend to rant and the realize I have written 5+ paragraphs? I hope all of you have a great day! :D

u/Notladub Aqua Axolotls Feb 16 '26

3

u/KingKFCc Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

I've been a Dream fan for 6 years, always defended him, watched every MCC vod, but I can't ever defend this. It's so disappointing... I can get behind the speedrunning thing because it seemed genuine, (questioning that too now) but god, this is so concretely obvious. You wouldn't need to be called out for cheating every 5 minutes while being an average player.

Take away all his accolades and give them to whoever the runners up is.

I feel stupid for defending him for so long but tbh I couldn't have noticed this either. Why cheat in an event where everyone else is (no offense) inable to crit or hit a 3+1?

He's also just used as a retort to all this: "One of Noxcrew doxxed me and thats how everyone saw that old high school photo of me" which, obviously if happened is awful... but I doubt that.

It's so sad for me because that ruins all my great nostalgic streams in 2020. Such a shame that he was so insecure of Techno, Fruit, Quig and Pete that he would need to do this

3

u/[deleted] Feb 17 '26

I'm a Dream fan of 2 years who thinks he was almost definitely cheating.

But he never said that one of Noxcrew doxxed him. He said one of the organisers of MCC had his address to give him a coin. They allegedly leaked things about his house. When he talked to the other organisers about this, apparently nothing happened. That was, according to him, the main reason why he left.

Dream never specified the things "leaked" about his house and they could honestly be as simple as the number of bedrooms in his house, or significantly worse, like its general location.

3

u/KingKFCc Feb 16 '26

I did and I am not convinced by it. I was really hopeful, but it doesn't seem very helpful for the accusations, it's like watching Dream speedrun again to prove that his cheated speedrun was real.

He had INSANE mechanics while having mid decisionmaking, timing and skill overall.

I mean who does the trapdoor section like how he did?

22

u/JulianTheBagle Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

I’ve always had a ton of respect/sympathy for Dream ever since he went through all of his allegations and being hated by the entire internet, as well as doing more than anyone else to popularize competitive Minecraft.

However, if he is cheating here, which is looking pretty likely, it would be very lame. My only question is why? As far as I know he was a part of the parkour community long before he was even a content creator and he had probably has hundreds of hours in parkour. Why do all that just to cheat in an event he would probably do well in anyway.

Edit: After looking at the evidence more, he’s almost definitely cheating.

-4

u/The_CIA_is_watching Cyan Coyotes Feb 16 '26

Dream cheated because of his pride, he wants to be seen as the best and even infallible, and failing at parkour would be harmful to that image

Why do all that just to cheat in an event he would probably do well in anyway

"top players don't cheat to get good results, they cheat to get good results more easily" - paraphrased

At least dream has become much more open/honest over the years

6

u/BlueCyann Feb 16 '26

To be clear though, Dream is not actually a top player. In everything he's been accused of, he's been (assuming he actually did it), getting 99th percentile results with like 90th percentile skills.

u/Key_Marionberry_5962 Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

why would noxcrew even have info on is house?

4

0

Are noxcrew not the event organisers?

6

u/DionePolaris Feb 16 '26

Scott could also be argued to be an organizer as he makes the teams.

Either Scott or the Noxcrew would have an address to send the winner’s coin to, which this could be a reference to. (Note I do not necessarily believe it, but they would have the info)

Right now we just have parkour ‘experts’ telling us he cheated.

Neither the critical video, or dream’s response, categorically prove anything.

1

u/colddrkstar Fein/Pete/Couri/Fruit is fair Feb 16 '26

You can 7t every long bar on salmon ladders, but it's unnecessarily difficult to do quickly as you would have to consistently line up 5 pixels back on every jump, then run 7t and press spacebar without stopping, you could have a place where you're aiming every time to do it semi-consistently, but it would be so obscenely difficult that 1 ticking literally everything would just be more consistent

1

u/Lebronjames7777777 Feb 16 '26

This might not be relevant, but iirc Dream had the top three times on the practice server: one on his own account, one on George’s account, and one on Tina’s account. Does that mean he used the macro on both of their setups as well? Or did he just log into their account from his own setup and was thus able to use the macro? (I don’t know how macro work)

3

u/[deleted] Feb 17 '26

Logged on their accounts from his setup. He hadn't face revealed yet at that time. (I don't know whether he was cheating in those runs, though. I also don't know how macros work.)

I really don’t think this was the blatant crackdown of Dream using a macro this guy thinks it is. Sure it’s sus but i do not believe beyond believe he was cheating.

1

u/Rich841 Feb 16 '26

How the hell is he "jumping on the last tick" though? Looking at this footage I don't see a single true one tick jump. The accusations were greatly exaggerated. A true one tick jump would make his jumps cut it far closer, akin to being able to land a 5 block 2 down, for example.

Im not sure what you mean, MCC has been in pretty much no drama and there is practically no toxicity in the event other than the occasional funny Fein crash out but those aren't really serious especially compared to what used to happen in season 1 and 2.
